2010 Tree Order Form

Please note: this is not an online order form.

You must print it out and mail it to us with your check.

We are not setup for credit/debit cards at this time.

Pine SWCD holds an annual tree & shrub sale as a way for landowners in Pine County to replenish our natural resources.

Order deadline:  April 15th

Orders cannot be taken online. Please print out the form, fill it out and send it to us with your check.

All bundles contain 25 bare root trees or shrubs.  Please order by bundles; we can not split them.  The SWCD reserves the right to substitute sizes and stock if needed.

All bundles are $25.00. This price includes tax.

50% down is required on orders over $100. All orders under $100 must be paid in full when ordering.

If we are out of stock on any item listed on your order, we will process your order without the missing item. A memo will be sent informing you that a certain item is Out of Stock. A refund can be issued at pick-up time, or you may purchase any left over stock we have available at that time.

Tree orders will be available for pick-up in early May.  Postcards will be sent in April announcing pickup dates, times, and location. (tbd)  A 5% charge will be added to all orders not picked up during the published pickup dates & times.

Early pick-up is not allowed. Orders can only be picked up during the specified times and locations.

Because of the perishable nature of trees & shrubs, the SWCD is not responsible for their condition after being picked up by customers or if picked up after scheduled dates.

Orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  Please remit total amount due with order.

Deadline to cancel an order is March first.  Any order cancelled after that date will forfeit half of the cost.

Please note:

¨ Species that grow over 15 feet at mature height should not be planted under power lines.

¨ When planting along roadways, always remember to keep your trees out of the road right of way.
