Heather has been with Pine SWCD for 1 year, but is not new to the world of soil and water conservation districts. Coming from Kittson SWCD, Heather has experience working with landowners and addressing resource concerns and needs. With and ag and soil health background, she has the knowledge to assist ag producers with their operations. She also has extensive education and outreach experience, which she is excited to utilize here in Pine County.
