If you aren't on the list or you thought you were and never received a form and want one, please email eddie.johnson@pinecountymn.gov or stop into our Sandstone office for one!

Please note that it takes 2+ days for mail to arrive once it's been post stamped. To ensure the best chance to get what you want, mail in your order form as soon as possible or feel free to stop in at our office in Sandstone.

NO EARLY PICK-UPS WILL BE ALLOWED!

Specific Details of our Tree Program:

• Orders are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full payment is required and must be included with the order form to reserve your trees & shrubs.
• Orders cannot be taken online. Print out the form, fill it out and send it to us with your check.
• If paying with a check, make it out to Pine SWCD.
• If you would like to pay with cash or are unable to print an order form, stop in at our office located in Sandstone.
• All bundles contain 25 bare root trees or shrubs.  Please order by bundles; we cannot split them.
• The SWCD reserves the right to substitute sizes and stock if needed.
• Price per bundle includes tax.
• All orders must be paid in full when ordering.
• Tree orders will be available for pick-up in early May. 
• A 5% charge will be added to all orders not picked up during the published pickup dates & times.
• Early pick-up is not allowed. Orders can only be picked up during the specified times and locations.
• Because of the perishable nature of trees & shrubs, the SWCD is not responsible for their condition after being picked up by customers or if picked up after scheduled dates.
• Deadline to cancel an order is March 1st.  Any order cancelled after that date will forfeit the cost.

Please note:
¨ Species that grow over 15 feet at mature height should not be planted under power lines.
¨ When planting along roadways, always remember to keep your trees out of the road right of way.

Pickup Location:  
Pickup will be at 1610 Hwy 23 North, Sandstone, MN 55072, in the county pole shed behind the North Pine Government Center. 

Directions to the tree pick-up site:
From the North: Head south on I-35. Take the Askov exit. Take a right off the exit ramp, onto Hwy 23. Turn left at the T. Go approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left at the North Pine Government Center. Drive back to the yellow pole shed.

From the South:  Head north on I-35. Take the Sandstone exit. Take a right off the exit ramp. Continue down Hwy 23 to the stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign. Go approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right at the North Pine Government Center. Drive back to yellow the pole shed.
